Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS First Class Mail.  

Eligible, unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date for a full refund.

Shipping Policy 
We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS First Class Mail. Orders below $35 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling. 

We process and ship orders from our Los Angeles, CA location Monday through Saturday. Standard shipping is shipped via USPS First Class. Orders with expedited shipping are prioritized and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail which ever at the time of shipping will be faster.  When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. If you have a Sweet Ice Jewelry account, you can track your order by clicking "Account" and then "My Orders".

When you place your order, you may choose to have your order insured with signature required at delivery.  We are not responsible for orders that are uninsured and that do not require signature for delivery once USPS tracking indicates that the order was delivered to the address on file at the time the order was placed.  If your order is marked as delivered by USPS and you have not received it, please contact your local post office.  

Please note, pre-sale, handmade and custom items will ship after their stated production timelines which can be found on their respective product pages and in your order confirmation email. 

Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Policy 
Unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date for a full refund to your original form of payment, unless marked as clearance or final sale or otherwise noted (see below for more details). Merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging.

For returns, please contact us at contact@sweeticejewelry.com for prepaid return label. When returning your merchandise, please pack unworn items in their original packaging and include your original packing slip.  If you can not find your packing slip, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.


Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice instead of our prepaid return label. However, we are not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend you insure and track your package.

Upon receipt and processing of your return, which typically can take up to 20 business days from your date of shipment, you will receive an email from with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.

Due to current events, please allow extra days for your return to be received and processed. You will ONLY receive an email once your return has been fully processed. You will NOT receive an email when your return has been received. We appreciate your patience!

Items not eligible for returns/refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for any custom-made products, clearance and final sale merchandise. Once a custom order has been placed changes cannot be made or modified regarding the custom necklace. Changes can be made with shipping details and account information. 

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges, even if it is for the same item in a different color or size. Many items sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original merchandise, and then visit our website to purchase the correct item in a new order.


To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sweeticejewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders and items on clearance cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
